Key Responsibilities Equipment & Production Setup:

Set up welding equipment and supplies before executing job orders. Operate all welding machinery safely and effectively. Test and measure finished products to ensure quality standards.

Maintenance & Output:

Stop production to make minor machinery repairs when standards are not met. Maintain a sufficient quantity of repaired parts to meet delivery schedules. Handle time accounting and accurately complete all work orders.

Continuous Improvement:

Work cooperatively to improve operations and decrease turnaround times. Streamline work processes and collaborate jointly with team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work environment.

Safety, Compliance, & Emergency Response:

Follow all company procedures, quality policies, and industry regulations. Adhere to OSHA, EPA, ASME, and NEC standards. Respond immediately to warning signals, alarms, and emergency situations. Regulate or turn off machines quickly during emergencies. Follow all instructions from supervisory staff precisely.
