Do:

Assemble custom-built Heat Exchangers following mechanical drawings and work instructions Use a variety of hand and power tools to build, fasten, and align components such as motors, props, and frames Read blueprints to ensure accuracy and proper fit of structural and drive components Handle fasteners and hardware with precision and care Maintain clear communication on job status and follow daily production schedules Keep your work area organized and follow all safety rules and policies

What You Bring:

Previous experience in mechanical assembly, fabrication, or a similar hands-on trade Solid understanding of hand tools, measuring devices, and general shop practices Ability to read diagrams or blueprints and work with minimal supervision A focus on quality, reliability, and getting the job done right Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods

Work Environment:

Manufacturing setting with exposure to dust, metal, noise, and heat-this is a hands-on job, not a desk position Full PPE provided and required at all times (safety glasses, boots, hearing protection, etc.) Safety is at the core of everything we do-from day one, you'll be trained on proper procedures and expected to work with care for yourself and others

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Occasional overtime on Fridays based on production needs
