Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - Finish (Overtime Required) Role Overview A prominent steel fabrication facility in South Oklahoma City is seeking skilled Rebar Fabricators to join their team. This industrial role is ideal for reliable individuals who thrive in hands-on environments and are looking for a position that offers steady overtime and long-term career potential. Core Duties Utilize production machinery such as benders and shears to fabricate rebar. Transform raw steel into finished components by cutting and bending to meet specific project requirements. Support the shipping process by loading and unloading essential steel materials. Help maintain a safe and efficient site by operating overhead cranes and forklifts. Verify that all finished goods align with customer quality standards. Ensure the workspace remains tidy and organized to support daily operations. Contribute to a secure working environment by strictly adhering to all safety protocols. Required Skills and Experience Background in heavy industrial production, steel manufacturing, or rebar fabrication is preferred. Proficiency in interpreting work orders and utilizing a tape measure. Ability to perform repetitive lifting of 50 pounds throughout the workday. Capacity to work in a non-climate-controlled setting involving frequent standing and bending. Flexibility to accommodate overtime requirements as business needs dictate. Demonstrate high levels of reliability, detail-orientation, and a strong professional work ethic.
