We have immediate openings for entry-level welders / fabrication helpers who are learning the trade. This is a great opportunity to gain experience on short-term mandates that focus on grinding, tack welding, and component prep. Your responsibilities

• Tack welding: perform basic tack welding and simple spot welding tasks as instructed by the lead welder or supervisor
• Grinding and preparation: use grinders and cutting tools to prepare materials, bevel edges, and clean welds under supervision
• Material handling: safely move metal stock and completed assemblies using hand carts and appropriate lifting techniques
• Fitting support: assist skilled welders with component fitting and positioning for complex jobs
• Shop maintenance: maintain the cleanliness and safety of the welding work cell, managing grinding dust and metal scrap.
