Location:

Hybrid Onsite / Remote (Chicagoland area or NW Indiana)

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:30 PM, with rotating weekends

Compensation:

$20-$24/hr, depending on experience

The Data Entry Technician is responsible for entering prescriptions into MMP's FrameworkLTC and FrameworkECM pharmacy systems, with attention to both accuracy and speed. The Data Entry Technician will also provide exemplary community and resident support via telephone and email. Responsibilities Interpreting and entering prescription orders Profile-only data entry Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Checking emails and messages to the pharmacy and responding promptly and professionally Investigating and solving community and/or resident issues Adjudicating insurance claims Leads by example, exhibiting the CORE Values each day, and adheres to the MMP Behavior Standard Encourages teamwork and promotes company philosophy Attends required company meetings Completes all required courses in adherence with the PRS compliance system Is prompt and able to perform the required duties of the position on a regular, predictable basis All employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all Other responsibilities as assigned by management Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long term or managed care setting High school diploma or equivalent Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM knowledge a plus Timely and accurate data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills Highly organized and attentive to detail Able to multi-task and work under deadlines Motivated, punctual and reliable team member
