We're looking for a Metal Fabricator who enjoys hands-on work, values craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that produces exceptional products every day. You'll help bring sign designs to life through fabrication, assembly, welding, wiring, and quality craftsmanship. We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Metal Fabricator to construct structures and sign cabinets from raw materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Construction of structures and sign cabinets out of aluminum, steel or other materials to create individual custom signage according to customer specifications, shop drawings and blueprints Build various sign types, including channel letters, awnings, wall signs, pylon signs, etc Use various equipment to cut, bend, turn, mill and drill to specified lengths and widths per work order. Operate metal fabricating machines (shears, saws, breaks, bending machines, and punch and forming presses) Weld, rivet or bolt components together (primarily aluminum) Inspect parts for defects Operates machinery and equipment, including routers, welders, saws, air drills and power tools Interpret blueprint and sketches Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures What We're Looking For Experience painting metal or aluminum preferred Ability to use or learn to use fabricating machines and hand tools Ability to read tape measures and shop drawings Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (team lift up to 100 lbs.) Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
