Job Description
enVision Solutions Group is currently seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator in Cumberland, RI. This position has the responsibility of contributing to the daily metal shop activity and manufacturing of Point of Purchase Displays and Store Fixtures. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and will aid in achieving the continued growth and success that enVision has maintained for over 35 years. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Setup/Stage all workstations and necessary materials, including but not limited to: o Amada Press Brakes o PEM machines o Spot Welders
- Assign responsibilities to team members.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
- Must adhere to all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Must be prepared and flexible to perform associated job functions that are not specifically identified in this job description.
Qualifications / Competency
Requirements- Ability to read, analyze & interpret product drawings/specifications.
- Ability to communicate with Management to meet goals, deadlines and expectations.
- Complete required paperwork & forms accurately and completely. Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
- Authorization to work in the United States (required) Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift greater than 35 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
