Fabricator Job Summary:
The Fabricator is responsible for assembling, creating, and repairing metal components and structures according to specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings. This role involves operating various tools and machinery to cut, shape, and join metal materials, ensuring highquality and precise fabrication work. The Fabricator must maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.- Key Responsibilities - Fabrication and Assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Quality Control:
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Perform dimensional checks and adjust as needed to maintain precision. Identify and resolve fabrication issues during the production process.Tool and Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment. Report malfunctions or required repairs to the supervisor. Ensure tools and machines are operated safely and efficiently.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
