Qualifications

STEEL TOE BOOTS, HARD HAT , SAFTY VEST

Prior construction or demolition experience is highly preferred; familiarity with restoration industry practices is a plus. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, and asbestos abatement procedures. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence and emergency response readiness. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a customer service mindset when interacting with clients or site visitors. Capable of performing cleaning duties post-demolition to ensure site cleanliness and safety standards are met.
