Come join our growing team! We're seeking a dependable and safety-focused Scaffold Helper to join our team. In this role, you'll assist Scaffold Carpenters and the Scaffold Leadman with the erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffold systems for industrial construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, works well in a team environment, and is committed to maintaining a safe and productive job site. Key Responsibilities Assist Scaffold Carpenters and the Scaffold Leadman with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold systems. Load, unload, transport, and organize scaffold materials, tools, and equipment. Hand materials and tools to scaffold builders during assembly and dismantling. Clean and prepare work areas to support scaffold construction activities. Inspect scaffold components for visible damage and report any defective materials. Maintain scaffold inventory and organize materials for efficient use. Follow directions from the Scaffold Leadman and Scaffold Carpenters to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and customer requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate in daily safety meetings and report unsafe conditions or hazards immediately. Qualifications Previous construction or industrial experience preferred but not required. Willingness to learn scaffold building techniques and safety procedures. Ability to safely use basic hand tools. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Background Check, Hair Follicle Drug Testing, TWIC Card, and Basic Plus Safety Orientation preferred (as required by the project).
