21.57 We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees and optional direct deposit. Responsibilities Welding fabrication Blueprint reading Measuring tools Material handling Equipment troubleshooting Department workflow Quality standards Plant processes Training support Cross-team communication Requirements Welding experience Ability to read measurements Lift 50 lbs Strong communication Positive attitude Background check Drug screen (No state welding license is required for Tennessee.)
