Day One What You'll Be Doing:

Fabricating and assembling drive shafts Repairing drive shafts to company standards Reading blueprints for custom fabrication jobs Inspecting and checking in core parts Operating cleaning equipment and boxing stations Assisting with shop organization and safety procedures Training and assisting newer team members when needed

What We're Looking For:

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience Welding, fabrication, driveline, or heavy-duty repair experience preferred Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Desire to learn and grow within the company

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move parts up to 60 lbs Comfortable working in a shop environment with temperature changes, dust, vibration, and noise

Requirements:
