We're part of the Iron Crown Family of Companies, and we're looking for skilled tradespeople who take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship. Position Summary The Fabricator/Welder is responsible for reading and interpreting shop drawings to fabricate structural steel components, performing welding in accordance with AWS standards, and ensuring all work meets project specifications and quality requirements. This is a shop-based position at our South Pittsburg facility. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding symbols to determine fabrication sequence and specifications Fit and weld structural steel components (beams, columns, plates, angles, etc.) using MIG, flux-core, and/or stick welding processes Operate fabrication equipment including saws, drills, iron workers, and grinders Measure, mark, and cut steel to specified dimensions and tolerances Perform visual inspection of welds to ensure quality and conformance to
