Job Description
Position Summary Night Shift- 5pm We are hiring experienced Structural Steel Welders to join our fabrication team. This role is responsible for welding structural components according to specifications while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG (GMAW) and/or Flux Core (FCAW) welding on structural steel Weld beams, columns, plates, and assemblies per shop drawings Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Ensure weld quality meets company and project standards Perform visual inspections of welds and correct defects as needed Work closely with fitters and operators to meet production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of structural or industrial welding experience preferred Experience with FCAW strongly preferred Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Ability to pass a weld test (if applicable) Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Pay is DOE Why Ennis Steel?
