Brand New Exclusive Opportunity with Strom Hiring Bonus & Immediate Start Dates Composite Bond Technicians•Mansfield, TX

KICK START BONUS

•FIRST 6 Recruited

STARTS AT EVANS AS OF 6/24/26

•$750 ($250 TRAVEL 1ST CHECK (tied to 30 days on the job)/ $250 Bonus after 30 days and another $250 Bonus after 60 days. Employee will receive damaged part and evaluate to determine what repairs need to be done, they will note what job needs to be completed and what tools will be required to complete the task. Need someone who can think through the process of the repair and to be detailed.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate doublers, small angles, and clips Remove dents from leading edges. Layout fastener patterns, drill, countersink, remove/install fasteners, cut sheet metal
