We are looking for dependable, safety-minded professionals with experience erecting structural steel, connecting steel, and performing structural stick welding. If you're an experienced ironworker looking for steady work, weekly pay, and long-term opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Install structural steel beams, columns, joists, and metal decking Connect and bolt structural steel using spud wrenches, drift pins, and other ironworker tools Perform structural stick welding (SMAW) as required Read and interpret structural steel drawings and blueprints Work safely at heights while maintaining 100% fall protection Assist with rigging, crane picks, signaling, and material placement Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Maintain tools and keep work areas clean and organized Qualifications 3+ years of structural ironworker experience preferred Commercial or industrial structural steel experience required Bolt-up and steel connecting experience required Structural stick welding experience (7018 preferred) Ability to read structural steel drawings Comfortable working 30-100+ feet in the air Experience operating or working around: Scissor Lifts Boom Lifts Forklifts Telehandlers Rigging and crane signaling OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred or must be willing to obtain Must own basic ironworker hand tools Reliable transportation Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Pay & Benefits $26.00-$30.00 per hour (depending on experience) Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Long-term commercial construction projects Opportunities for career growth Work with a company committed to safety and quality Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available Weekend work as needed Various commercial construction projects throughout Texas.
