Skilled Fabricator (Experienced Only) We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Metal Fabricator specializing in ornamental and architectural metalwork for luxury custom homes. This is not production shop work — our projects demand craftsmanship, precision, pride, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate is experienced, self-motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional quality without cutting corners .

Pay:

$27.00 - $40.00 per hour (BASED

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are hiring an experienced fabricator who can produce quality work without constant supervision. All applicants must pass a hands-on weld/fabrication test before being offered employment. If you cannot confidently fabricate from plans and complete a weld test, please do not apply. All applicants must know how to cut/bend/thread/roll/shrink metal. Applicants must understand all forms of shaping. Applicants must be able to mig/tig/stick & oxy fuel. Applicants must be proficient in all types of welding. What We Expect Strong, proven fabrication experience (REQUIRED) Ability to read and work directly from multiple different styles of blueprints/plans Lay out, fit, and fabricate materials accurately Proficient with shop equipment and power tools Consistent, clean welds that meet quality standards Ability to work efficiently without being micromanaged Professional attitude and reliability Must be able to be adapt to new situations daily Must be willing to learn new skills Experience in metal finish (grinding, patinas, painting, etc) Must be able to take projects to 100% completion. Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) Must pass weld/fabrication test Ability to read and speak English fluently (for blueprint layouts and shop drawings) Must be able to read a tape measure Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Ability to pass drug screening Willing to sign a non-compete agreement Welding certifications (AWS or equivalent) Construction background Experience working in a fast-paced shop or field setting Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift materials of up to 100lbs and work in a shop environment Comfortable working with heavy materials and tools (forklift, jib crane, etc.) Who This Job Is For Skilled fabricators who take pride in their work Individuals who show up on time and work hard Craftsmen who care about precision and quality Who This Job Is NOT For Entry-level welders Applicants without fabrication experience Individuals looking for short-term or inconsistent work We pay for real skill.
