We're looking for a hardworking, dependable helper to join our welding shop in Spanish Fork. Every day will be a little different. You'll help cut and prepare metal, keep the shop running smoothly, assist with fabrication projects, and travel with the crew to help complete installation jobs. This is a hands-on position where you'll work with tools, learn practical skills, and see the finished results of your work. We're looking for someone with welding, fabrication, or construction experience who isn't afraid to get dirty and pitch in wherever needed. You should know your way around basic hand and power tools, follow directions well, and care about doing quality work. You must have reliable transportation to our shop in Spanish Fork and be ready to show up on time and work hard.

Responsibilities:

Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe Cut, move, and prepare metal Assist welders and fabricators with shop projects Help with installations at job sites Load and unload tools and materials Perform other general shop and construction-related tasks

Qualifications:

Welding, fabrication, or construction experience preferred Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to lift and move materials safely Willing to learn and follow instructions Dependable, hardworking, and punctual Must have reliable transportation to our shop in
