is looking for Leadmanto join our Building Envelope High- Rise Restoration team performing work in Alexandria, VA area.Our ideal candidates will have:
5+ years of prior construction experience Reliable transportation to travel to various concrete repair projects. Experience in accurately interpreting structural drawings. Experience with a self-performing contractor (concrete, masonry, steel, building envelope/facade, waterproofing, mechanical, or industrial), general contractor, or specialty contractor. Construction duties include basic labor tasks in addition to performing some higher-level tasks under supervision such as mixing repair mortars and chemical grouts, cement finishing, forming and rebar placement. Osha 30, SST and 4 hr. Flagger courses are a plus. Strong consideration will be given to those who are hardworking and willing to learn.Must be team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude, and be safety oriented.
