3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage! 9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time The pay for this position is $68,253.90-$82,585.80 annually, which is inclusive of a shift differential. $5,000 sign-on bonus! Adult Services Clinician - 2nd Shift It takes a special person to be a Clinician. To be successful in this role, you will have: Master's Degree + minimum 2 years of direct service experience Current Vermont License (LICSW, LCMHC, LADC, LMFT) Ability to conduct clinical assessments and design treatment plans that target clearly identified treatment goals Knowledge of mental health, substance use, social work and behavioral issues that impact an individual's quality of life Healthy communication skills that allow for honest discussions, feedback, and exchanges Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate flexibility when client, program, and/or agency needs require it Join a team that makes a difference every day and a company that has been named one of Vermont's Best Places to Work
