Work Schedule:
100% FTE; 10 hour overnight shift (8:30 PM•7:00 AM); 4 days per week•rotating schedule. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Our night shift specialists are proficient in any task area our staff members may need support in. We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist to: Prepare and distribute pharmaceuticals, perform inventory control, compliance audits, and financial transactions, provide excellent customer service, and maintain pharmacy records. Provide exemplary assistance to interdepartmental team members with their pharmacy needs. Be a self starter! Have exceptional time management and prioritization skills when managing multiple competing priorities in a busy work environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced pharmacy technician with a diverse skill set. Our night shift technicians must be capable of performing any task that may arise within their scope. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Required Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program Preferred Work Experience 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school.
