By leveraging your expertise in MIG and TIG welding, you will ensure that every project meets precise engineering specifications from initial layout to final finish. Responsibilities Interpret complex blueprints and shop drawings to execute accurate layouts for railings, stairs, and structural steel elements. Perform high-precision MIG welding on steel and TIG welding on aluminum, brass, and stainless steel. Operate fabrication equipment to cut, punch, and drill materials ranging from 16 gauge to 1/2 inch thickness. Execute grinding and finishing processes to achieve superior surface quality and aesthetic standards. Manage the full production lifecycle of metal components, ensuring seamless transitions between cutting, assembly, and welding. Maintain a safe and efficient workspace while consistently meeting production timelines and quality benchmarks. Qualifications Required Skills Proven professional experience in welding and metal fabrication. Strong mathematical proficiency, including the ability to convert fractions and decimals. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and shop drawings. Proficiency in using tape measures with precision down to 1/16th of an inch.
