Position Summary We are seeking a full-time entry level/junior Landscape Designer hire for an individual with a passion to practice landscape architecture with 0-4 years of professional experience. We are looking for a fun and energetic candidate to assist with design and production work-flow during preliminary design through construction administration phases of the landscape design process. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and familiar with our company's workflow software. Key Responsibilities Assist with design and technical development of complex landscape architecture projects, ensuring adherence to digital standards, project scope, and schedule. Collaborate with project teams internally and assist with consultant coordination, such as with civil engineers and architects, to manage files and design efforts. Develop high-quality landscape plan color renderings, hand drawn conceptual plans, CAD drawn construction documents and details for client presentations, public hearings, and agency submittals. Assist with site analyses and support construction observation site walks and punchlists during the construction phase. Engage directly with senior staff to support all phases of the design process including supporting company marketing efforts and maintaining client relationships. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an LAAB-accredited program. Minimum of 0-4 years of professional landscape design experience. Experience designing with California-adapted and native plant materials. Proficiency in company-standard software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, and Microsoft 365 Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate design ideas clearly. Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Possession of a valid California Driver's License.
