About Our Search Our Denver office is looking for a strong Landscape Architect to join the our Landscape Architecture team. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will manage, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute architectural projects. About Our Studio Our award-winning Landscape Architecture team works with a diverse clientele across the United States on a rich variety of project types including parks, recreational facilities, educational campuses, housing /mixed-use neighborhoods, senior living communities and healthcare environments. About the Position Collaborate with HCM Leadership on strategic growth initiatives. Collaborate in the design and documentation process. Assist in and initiate business development activities. Interact with consultants and clients. Provide Landscape Architecture services for HCM's various market sectors including parks, housing /mixed-use neighborhoods, healthcare environments, senior living communities, and educational campuses. About You Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture 3-5 years of experience in Landscape Architecture Experience in business development Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, Inscape or other 3D presentation software. VectorWorks, Rhino, LandFX, Enscape3d, Revit software experience desired. Experience with park and educational campus design is a plus About Our Culture Creative. Entrepreneurial. Responsible. Hord Coplan Macht's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual's education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM's total compensation package for employees.
