Job Description

RSC Landscaping is a dynamic and innovative company specializing in the design of outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a Landscape Designer who will be responsible for creating beautiful and functional outdoor areas that meet our clients' needs. This role involves managing the entire design process, from the initial client meeting to the installation of the design. Responsibilities Use CAD software to prepare and produce sketches and designs for commercial and residential properties. Communicate with clients to determine their design preferences and needs. Conduct site analysis to assess the current condition of the site. Create estimates based on design specifications. Coordinate with crews and managers to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of an associate degree in horticultural design or related field. Prior experience in computer design software is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly to complete assignments. Ability to be a team player and flexibility to work with various crews. Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Valid driver's license. Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions as well as in an office setting.
