Marshall Landscaping is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position involves meeting with homeowners at their properties, understanding their needs, and providing detailed estimates for a wide range of outdoor construction and landscaping services. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in both sales and the landscaping or construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Meet with customers at their homes to evaluate project needs Provide accurate on-site estimates for: Landscaping projects Asphalt driveways Concrete work (driveways, steps, patios) Hardscaping (walkways, patios, retaining walls) Water and drainage solutions (French drains, trenching, grading) Fencing installation Explain project scope, materials, and pricing to customers Build strong relationships and maintain excellent customer service Follow up on leads and close sales Maintain organized records of estimates, schedules, and customer communication Coordinate with office and production teams as needed

Requirements:

Previous sales experience required Experience in landscaping, construction, asphalt, concrete, hardscaping, drainage, or fencing required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to manage schedule and appointments independently Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license required
