Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their landscape design, maintenance, or installation needs Present product and service options confidently, highlighting benefits that meet client goals Develop customized proposals and quotes that align with client budgets and project specifications Follow up diligently on leads, inquiries, and project opportunities to secure new business Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and project progress in CRM systems Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide expert advice Experience Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscape or related construction industry Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Excellent communication skills to clearly convey product benefits and technical details Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for outdoor environments and landscape solutions Knowledge of landscaping materials, design principles, or horticulture is a plus but not required Previous experience using CRM software or sales tracking tools is advantageous Embark on a rewarding career where your sales passion helps create inspiring outdoor environments!
