We proudly serve diverse properties, from single-family home developments to condominium complexes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture, specifically with experience in Florida plant materials and county-specific regulations. This person also must have an up to date Landscape Architect License. This position involves working on landscape plans for national builders, site contractors, and customer builders who require high-level, custom designs.
Responsibilities :
Develop and edit landscape plans for national builders and site contractors. Create lot-specific plans based on builder requirements and modify existing plans as needed. Collaborate with the estimation team to understand basic package requirements. Integrate site plans into AutoCAD software and add design elements. Ensure all designs meet specifications and regulatory requirements Provide advanced design work for custom projects. Stay updated with county-designated plans and legal requirements to ensure compliance.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program. Landscape Architect License (Florida DBPR) Extensive knowledge of Florida plant materials Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Proficiency in AutoCAD software and other relevant design tools Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce legally binding, compliant plans. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Creative problem-solving skills
