This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career, including students or recent graduates, who want to gain real-world experience, learn from experienced professionals, and grow within a company. About the Role You will work closely with our senior landscape architect and designer on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This role is focused on learning, supporting the design process, and gradually taking on more responsibility over time. Responsibilities Assist in preparing landscape design plans and layouts Support senior designers with day-to-day project tasks Conduct site visits and take measurements as needed Help with plant selection and material coordination Assist with proposals, presentations, and basic drawings Coordinate with internal teams and project managers What We Are Looking For Student or recent graduate in landscape architecture, design, or related field Strong interest in landscape design and outdoor environments Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software (preferred) Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Hands-on experience working on real projects Mentorship from experienced professionals Opportunity to grow into a larger role within the company Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible schedule for students (part-time or full-time options) Location Fort Myers / Naples area (local travel may be required) Why This Role Matters We are expanding our presence in the Naples market and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us long-term and be part of that expansion.
