Position:
Full-Time Design Build Landscape Installation Crew Leader Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply Brilliant Borders Landscaping is hiring a full-time crew leader to oversee and execute landscape and hardscape installation projects in our design/build division. This is a working leadership role for someone who can lead a crew, install alongside a team, manage the day on site, and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This is not a site maintenance or lawn care position. 2-3 years of documented full-time landscaping experience in a leadership role is required. This role reports to the Production Manager and is a fit for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, holds the standard, and knows how to keep a crew organized and productive in the field. Valid Driver's License and ability to be insurable are required for employment. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a design/build crew on landscape installation projects Manage day-to-day jobsite execution, including crew direction, materials, equipment, and timing Read plans, drawings, and specifications, then turn them into clear field direction Maintain safety, quality, cleanliness, and productivity on every site Track job progress, labor, receipts, and daily notes using LMN Use company workflows and clear communication with the Production Manager to keep jobs moving Coach crew members and correct issues in real time Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and to Brilliant Borders standards What We're Looking For Valid Driver's License and ability to be insurable are
REQUIRED
for employment. 2-3 years of documented full-time landscaping experience in a leadership role
REQUIRED
Experience leading crews and managing work on active job sites
REQUIRED
Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of landscape installation methods, materials, tools, and equipment
REQUIRED
Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, light equipment, chainsaws, and trailers
REQUIRED
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to use a smartphone or mobile device for communication and reporting Willingness to use LMN and complete training in Greenius Ability to work outdoors year-round and perform physical work, including lifting 50 lbs repeatedly What can you expect when working on our team?
