We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to help lead and grow our Landscape Architecture practice while collaborating with a team of experienced professionals on impactful public and private development projects. Position Summary This role is ideal for a licensed Landscape Architect who enjoys both project leadership and relationship building. The successful candidate will oversee projects, mentor staff, contribute to business development efforts, and play a key role in delivering exceptional results to our clients, . Responsibilities Lead landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations. Develop site layouts, streetscape designs, park plans, planting plans, and construction documents. Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, planners, and environmental professionals. Build and maintain client and agency relationships. Participate in proposal development and project pursuits. Mentor junior staff and support professional development. Prepare and oversee production of landscape architecture plans, specifications, reports, and construction documents. Help shape the growth and direction of the firm's landscape architecture practice . Desired Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture. Current Professional Landscape Architect (PLA/RLA) license; candidates licensed in another state are encouraged to apply and KM Engineering will support Idaho reciprocity. Ability to independently manage landscape architecture projects from proposal through construction. 8+ years of related professional experience. Experience managing multidisciplinary projects. Strong communication and client relationship skills. Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and related design software.
