Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their vision, creating innovative landscape designs, and ensuring that projects are executed to the highest standards. The Landscape Designer will utilize various design software and tools to draft plans and present ideas effectively. Duties Collaborate with clients to determine their landscape needs and preferences. Develop detailed landscape designs using software. Create irrigation plans and specify plant materials suitable for each project. Draft site plans, planting plans, and construction details for landscape projects. Conduct site assessments to evaluate conditions and constraints affecting design. Prepare presentations for clients using visual aids and renderings. Work closely with contractors during the implementation phase to ensure design accuracy. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques in landscape architecture. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in creating technical drawings. Knowledge of horticulture and irrigation systems is a plus. Excellent communication skills for client interactions and presentations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
