• 50,000+) Create professional landscape designs using Dynascape Develop accurate project estimates using Aspire software Present designs to clients and secure contracts Facilitate project handoff to production team and conduct final walk-throughs Build lasting client relationships that generate future business Project Mix 60% Softscape (plantings and organic elements) 40% Hardscape (patios, walkways, retaining walls) Advantages Steady lead flow (400+ inquiries annually plus referrals) Design review support from management before client presentations Assistant designer support for technical tasks First-year sales goal of $750,000 with clear growth path Well-established subcontractor relationships for specialized work $60,000-75,000 (more for 5+ years experience) + commission worth additional $20,000-50,000/year Qualifications Landscape design experience with residential projects Proficiency with Dynascape and Aspire software (or ability to learn quickly) Strong client relationship-building skills Eye for design and practical knowledge of landscape installation Ability to collaborate with team members and production staff If you're a landscape professional who enjoys the creative process and building client relationships more than high-pressure sales, we'd love to talk with you!
