Job Description
Calvin Landscape is looking for a high-performing Landscape Sales & Design Consultant who thrives on creating exceptional outdoor spaces—and closing premium residential projects. This is not a junior designer role. This is a client-facing, revenue-driving position for someone who can take a vision, sell it with confidence, and see it through to completion. Our projects range from $5,000 to over $1M, and our clients expect creativity, professionalism, and results. What You'll Own A consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities (with additional self-generated leads encouraged) In-home consultations with homeowners seeking high-end outdoor transformations Concept development, design, and pricing using CAD and SketchUp Presentations that confidently communicate value—not just cost Closing deals and managing client expectations from contract to completion Collaboration with production teams to ensure designs are executed at a high level Who You Are A proven closer with 5+ years selling residential landscape or design-build projects Equally strong in design and sales —you can create it and sell it Experienced with projects in the $10K•250K+ range (or higher) Fluent in CAD and SketchUp Knowledgeable in construction methods, materials, and horticulture Comfortable owning the client relationship and revenue targets Professional, self-directed, and motivated by performance-based earnings Why This Role Stands Out Uncapped commission structure with high earning potential Opportunity to work on custom, design-forward projects Strong team support for project execution A role with real autonomy and impact—not just production work
