Full-time Schedule:
Mon-Fri with occasional
Saturdays Pay:
$18 to $22 per hour (based on experience) We build premium outdoor spaces and we run high-performance jobsites. If you take pride in clean work, you show up ready, and you want a growth path (not just a paycheck), you'll fit here. What you'll do Install hardscape and landscape features on design/build projects Hardscape support: excavation, base prep, grading, drainage, compaction, pavers/stone, walls (as skill allows)
Softscape:
bed prep, planting, sod, edging, mulch, final detail Load/unload and stage materials, protect customer property, keep a clean jobsite Operate hand tools and power equipment safely Follow quality standards, hit production goals, communicate clearly with the crew lead What we're looking for Reliable, coachable, strong work ethic, positive attitude Comfortable outdoors in all conditions, physical work, lifting 50+ lbs Landscape, hardscape, or construction experience preferred (we'll train the right person) Driver's license preferred Non-negotiables Safety is never optional Clean work, clean site, professional behavior Accountability, process discipline, growth mindset Benefits Health Spend Account (Winter Pay) Paid Career Development Retirement savings with company matching Discount materials for home use Access to company equipment for home use
