Job Description

Step into a respected, long-standing design-build-maintenance team in Louisville, KY, where high-end luxury residential outdoor living projects come to life with craftsmanship and long-term care. This Mid-Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager opportunity blends client-facing design leadership with full project ownership—from first conversation to installation oversight, construction administration, invoicing, and ongoing maintenance coordination. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mid-Senior Landscape Architect / Project Manager position include: 5+ years of post-graduate landscape architecture experience (7-10 years preferred) with Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) licensure. Hardscape experience and strong plant knowledge tailored to the Kentucky climate. Ability to manage projects from design through construction administration and ongoing maintenance coordination. Client-facing communication skills, including onsite property walkthroughs and developing ideas into a clear vision. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, DynaScape, and QuickBooks. Oversee and coordinate crews tied to assigned properties and projects. Support new client calls, including maintenance-only opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with long-term customers. Contribute to sales growth by building trust and helping design opportunities through to completed projects.
Salary:
$85K-$100K per year + sign-on bonus + quarterly performance-based bonus.
