Job Description

About the Role Bohler is seeking a Landscape Designer in our Orlando or Boca Raton, FL office, ready to grow and make an impact. In this collaborative, fast-paced environment, you'll work with landscape architects, engineers, and designers to bring bold, functional, and beautiful site designs to life across commercial, residential, and institutional projects. What You'll Do Collaborate on design packages for diverse land development projects. Create design graphics and construction documents using CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization tools. Develop project renderings and graphics using both digital and hand-rendering techniques. Design landscape plans for clients in multiple industries. Coordinate drawings, exhibits, and calculations for internal and external stakeholders. Communicate regularly with project teams, clients, and reviewing agencies. Build technical knowledge in hardscape, planting, lighting, and grading design. Partner with your manager to define a career path that reflects your goals and individuality. What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning, or equivalent experience. 0-1+ years of design experience; new grads and experienced applicants are welcome. Production experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp preferred. Strong design and presentation skills in both digital and hand-rendering techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity, energy, and flexibility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
