For more than 40 years, we have built our reputation on thoughtful design, horticultural expertise, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional client care. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, creative Landscape Designer to manage residential landscape projects from initial consultation through installation. This role combines landscape design, sales, estimating, project coordination, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

Meet clients to understand their goals, budget, preferences, and property. Create thoughtful, accurate, and buildable landscape designs. Prepare estimates and present proposals to prospective and existing clients. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional landscape and seasonal services. Manage multiple projects through the design and sales process. Visit active job sites to review progress, quality, and adherence to the design. Collaborate with installation teams to provide direction and resolve design or site questions. Assist with project billing, field reports, warranty concerns, and other responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Degree or certificate in landscape design, landscape architecture, horticulture, or related field. Strong design skills and understanding of landscape construction and horticulture. Excellent client communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with clients and team members. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software. Sales experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:
