Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Landscape Design Associate - Inside Sales to support our design and sales team. This role is responsible for developing landscape designs, preparing proposals, and managing client and project information within our CRM system. The ideal candidate combines strong design skills with excellent organization and communication to help drive project success and sales conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Create accurate base maps using site measurements, photos, and client-provided documentation Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs aligned with client goals, budgets, and company standards Prepare professional design drawings using Vectorworks and collaborate through Vectorworks Cloud Services Generate detailed cost estimates and comprehensive project proposals Manage project pipeline, client communication, and follow-up activities within Aspire CRM Collaborate closely with Design Sales Representatives to refine presentations and support the sales process Respond to client feedback and assist in revisions to help move projects toward approval Maintain organized project files and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in landscape design, horticulture, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Vectorworks (or similar design software) required Familiarity with CRM systems (Aspire experience a plus) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of plant materials, hardscape design, and construction methods Experience supporting sales teams or working in an inside sales environment Ability to read and interpret site plans and construction documents
Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with collaboration across design and sales teams Fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality client experiences
Pay:
$55,000.00 per year
