Landscape Design Sales Principal

You are in a hands-on premium residential/estate landscape architect / design-build role:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field; professional licensure strongly preferred
• Proven sales leadership and profitable delivery track record in premium residential/estate markets
• Advanced design and construction documentation skills (e.

g., AutoCAD), proficiency with Aspire or CRM equivalent

• Lead affluent homeowner relationships from consultation to walkthrough, closing contracts while protecting margins, design intent, and client satisfaction
• Direct estate-level design and execution —hardscape, water features, planting, lighting, grading, drainage—managing schedules, crews, subs, quality, and standards of craftsmanship, safety, and constructibility
