Job Description

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, clients, and other project consultants throughout the design and development process. Create residential master plans for single-family attached and detached developments. Prepare permit applications and construction documents for master-planned communities. Perform engineering calculations and support the preparation of technical documentation. Coordinate with municipal review staff to address comments and facilitate permit approvals. Participate in project design and client meetings, as well as charette sessions. Collaborate with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs. Support and oversee construction administration activities. Coordinate project requirements across internal teams, consultants, clients, and municipalities. Help ensure projects meet applicable design standards, permitting requirements, schedules, and client expectations. What You'll Need to
Succeed:
3-5 years of experience in land development, preferably with a focus on single-family residential projects. Proficiency in Civil 3D. Strong understanding of residential land development and the permitting process. Excellent communication and client service skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, landscape architects, clients, consultants, and municipal staff. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
