Compensation & Benefits $55,000-$75,000 per year, based on experience Company Cell Phone Plan Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Pay Professional Development Opportunities As a 3D Designer your responsibilities will include Collaborating with design team to create 3D outdoor living space / pool designs Professionally communicating with team members & clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings Create detailed 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals Required Experience Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs. We prefer to use Rhino3D. 2 years of experience in landscape architecture / architecture / design. Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite Ideal Qualifications and Skills Professional design experience that you don't wonder if you have enough experience to apply. Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that's what it takes to get something done Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures. You have to be able to quickly communicate design ideas with pen and paper before using a computer to make it pretty. Jedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Lumion to produce beautiful plans / renders Gifted communicator Gets stuff DONE!
