What You'll Do:
Collaborate directly with homeowners and our owner to bring their vision to life on larger-scale projects—listening to their ideas, sharing your creative input, and designing spaces they'll love for years. Create beautiful landscape designs using your eye for detail, balance, and functionality (we use design software, sketches, and on-site inspiration!). Help the sales side by presenting designs confidently, building trust with clients, and helping them say "yes" to their perfect outdoor upgrade. Work on exciting, varied projects that challenge you to grow your skills every day—from concept to completion. What We're Looking For :
Some design experience (school projects, internships, personal work, or professional) is preferred—we want to see your creativity shine! Strong communication skills—you're comfortable talking with clients, explaining ideas clearly, and building relationships. A genuine passion for landscapes, plants, outdoor aesthetics, and making spaces beautiful and usable. Eagerness to learn and grow—no need to be an expert yet; we're invested in helping you develop your talents. Reliable, positive attitude with great attention to detail and a team-player mindset.
