We are looking for an experienced Landscape Design/Build Sales Consultant to join our growing team. This position is focused on developing relationships with clients, understanding their vision, and guiding them through the process of creating exceptional outdoor spaces. This is not a cold-calling sales position. Groundscapes provides company-generated leads along with an experienced team of landscape designers, project managers, and construction crews to support the sales process from initial consultation through project completion. For the right salesperson, this position offers significant earning potential with uncapped commission. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners to understand their goals, priorities, budget, and vision for their property Consult with clients on pools, landscapes, hardscapes, outdoor living spaces, and complete property transformations Gather accurate site and project information for our design team Collaborate with landscape designers and architects to develop project concepts and plans Create estimates and proposals using company estimating standards Present designs, proposals, and project recommendations to clients Guide clients through the decision-making process and close new business Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales and design process Coordinate a successful handoff from sales to project management and construction Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline Follow established Groundscapes sales processes and standards Participate in weekly sales meetings Meet or exceed annual sales goals Maintain client satisfaction throughout the project and identify additional opportunities when appropriate What We're Looking For Proven sales ability and confidence working directly with clients Experience in landscape construction, landscape sales, outdoor living, construction, or a related industry Strong understanding of the construction and design process Ability to understand a client's vision and translate it into a clear project direction Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to confidently present and close high-value projects Excellent organization and time-management skills Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously Comfortable working with estimating, CRM, and other business software Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Experience Landscape design/build sales Residential construction or remodeling sales Pool or outdoor living sales Hardscape or landscape construction Experience selling high-value residential projects Experience working with designers, estimators, and construction teams Compensation $75,000-$150,000+ total annual compensation Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
