In this role, you will be responsible for creating inspiring outdoor living environments and landscapes that blend functionality with aesthetic appeal for luxury residential properties and private commercial projects. Your expertise will help transform ideas into tangible landscapes that enhance communities, and private properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring sustainable and sustainable design practices are integrated at every stage. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive landscape designs that align with client needs, site conditions, and environmental considerations Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure cohesive project execution Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and HOA submittals using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, DynaSCAPE, SketchUp, Lumion Conduct site analyses to assess topography, soil quality, drainage patterns, and existing vegetation Oversee project implementation by providing guidance during construction phases and conducting site inspections Ensure all designs adhere to local regulations, zoning laws, and sustainability standards Present design concepts effectively through visualizations, renderings, and client meetings Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution Proven experience in landscape design, planning, or urban design projects Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Revit), and Adobe Creative Suite Strong understanding of environmental sustainability practices and local regulations Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and team members Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us to shape vibrant outdoor spaces that inspire communities!
