Job Description
Director of Design New York | $175,000-$250,000+ OTE A growing, design-led studio is seeking a Director of Design to lead its creative team and help shape the next chapter of the business. This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished design leader who wants genuine influence over creative direction, team development, client relationships, and the future growth of a highly regarded practice. Working closely with executive leadership, you will oversee a portfolio of high-profile residential, and boutique hospitality projects, guiding teams from concept through delivery while establishing the creative standards that define the studio's work. Beyond design leadership, you will play a key role in business development, cultivating relationships with architects, designers, developers, and private clients, helping convert opportunities into long-term partnerships and exceptional projects. We're interested in speaking with candidates from a broad range of backgrounds including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, hospitality design, experiential design, luxury residential, and other spatial design disciplines.
