Duties Develop comprehensive landscape designs using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Civil 3D, incorporating sustainable practices and client preferences Create detailed construction documentation, including hardscape layouts, planting plans, irrigation systems, and grading plans Produce compelling renderings and visualizations utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and hand-drawn illustrations to communicate design intent effectively Conduct site analysis using GIS tools like ArcView and ArcGIS to inform design development and land use planning Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate with contractors and construction teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality control Prepare project estimates related to landscaping materials, installation costs, and construction timelines while supporting project management efforts Experience Proven experience in landscape architecture or landscape design with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse projects including residential, commercial, or public spaces Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), 3D modeling tools (Rhinoceros 3D), and rendering programs (Adobe Photoshop) is essential Knowledge of horticulture principles, plant selection, irrigation systems, land surveying, and landscape maintenance practices Familiarity with civil engineering concepts such as grading, drainage, and site development processes Experience in project management from concept development through construction documentation and client communication Ability to produce hand-drawn sketches and technical drawings that clearly convey design ideas Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and environmentally responsible landscaping techniques Join us in creating innovative outdoor environments that inspire communities!
