We're looking for a Landscape Estimator/Designer to join our growing team and help shape the future of outdoor living across Northwest Ohio. This position would be working some at our Wauseon, OH location along with the Toledo location.

What You'll Do:

Meet with potential and current clients to understand their needs and vision Develop landscape designs using ProLandscape software that are functional, beautiful, and on-brand with Rock Solid's quality standards Prepare detailed and accurate estimates and proposals in LMN Collaborate closely with production and sales teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution Track project budgets, revise estimates as needed, and stay on top of material and labor costs Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain strong communication with clients from concept to close Be a problem solver and a creative thinker, providing solutions that align with both the client's goals and our production capabilities

What You Bring:

Experience in landscape design, landscape architecture, or estimating (2+ years preferred) Proficiency in ProLandscape and LMN (or similar landscape management software) Strong visual design skills and the ability to convey ideas clearly Solid knowledge of hardscapes, plant materials, and construction practices Excellent communication and organizational skills A team-first mindset and a commitment to doing what you say Willingness to grow, take ownership, and solve problems daily

Bonus Points If You Have:

Degree or certification in landscape design, horticulture, or related field Prior experience in construction estimating or sales Comfort interacting with high-end residential or commercial clients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Rock Solid Landscape?
