We design in 3D , blending aesthetics, function, and budget with construction-focused accuracy. Our team works closely with contractors and homeowners to produce buildable, detailed, and precise designs backed by standardized processes and high-quality documentation. We are expanding and seeking a Project Designer with strong landscape/hardscape experience and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities Design landscapes, hardscapes, pools, and outdoor living spaces from concept to construction drawings. Develop accurate 2D and 3D design models based on site conditions, grading, setbacks, and materials. Prepare drawing sets, presentation boards, layouts, and detail sheets. Prepare and submit permitting applications. Integrate township permitting and engineering requirements into design work. Perform on-site 3D scanning using company-provided equipment (training provided). Collect field data, place wooden stakes, and assist with layout verification during site visits. Produce renderings as needed (training provided). Maintain organized notes, markups, and revisions throughout project development. Collaborate with the Design Integration Director to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and alignment on the build. Requirements Must Have Experience in (min 2 years) landscape design, hardscape design, or outdoor living construction. Strong attention to detail and understanding of real-world construction practices. Ability to read or create construction drawings. Understanding of grading, slopes, drainage, and layout constraints. Ability to handle scanning equipment and stake layout materials as part of on-site work, with reasonable accommodations as required by law. Preferred Experience with Vectorworks or other BIM design software (training provided). Familiarity with pool layouts or pool design fundamentals (training provided). Portfolio demonstrating outdoor living or landscape/hardscape work. FAA Part 107 drone pilot certification is a plus. EducationA degree Experience Experience in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Environmental Design, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred.
