Job Description

RHAA, a legacy design-oriented firm, is looking for design centric, creative individuals with a collaborative spirit. Our philosophy is to design beautiful places for people with a strong ecological, cultural and art based approach. Our office is located just north of the Golden Gate Bridge in the small town of Mill Valley, a 15-minute drive from San Francisco. We have a studio based working style that encourages interaction and a healthy work life balance. Our projects include academic and tech campuses, national parks, community parks, urban design, multi-family housing, streetscapes, waterfronts, healthcare facilities and civic facilities. Our project teams work closely together from project initiation through construction. We are seeking a designer with high level graphic skills, thoughtful design and sensitivity to cultural and environmental influences. We are a hybrid firm, with two days in office and three days remote. Designers at RHAA are involved from concept design through construction documentation. At various times, responsibilities will include: o Drafting and documenting design plans and details through all phases of the design process o Preparing plan, section, and perspective renderings, as well as other presentation materials o Research and development of planting palettes o Research of site materials, finishes and furnishings o Support of principal and project manager in development of design concepts o Project-specific administrative tasks as assigned o Assisting other teams with production as required O u r b e n e f I t s Our benefits include a flexible work schedule, 401K, profit sharing, medical, dental, and more. Qualifications:

Requirements o Professional degree in landscape architecture. Graduate degree preferred. o 0-5 years of experience o Ability to work in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other professional software o Self-motivated but with a collaborative spirit o Strong critical thinking o Ability to work in hybrid schedule with two days in office and three days remote Important software skills: Additional sought-after skills:

Adobe Creative Suite Irrigation design
